Decades of Saints Return for Alumni Weekend

With a slight scheduling change from April to May, and the opportunity to attend the School's 2nd Annual Maroon & White Party, this year's Alumni Weekend welcomed back decades of Saints and offered a number of options for them to be involved on campus and beyond.

Friday evening's cocktail party kicked off the weekend on the Greenway Rise Campus, while Saturday offered alumni the opportunity to "Walk Down Memory Lane" with School Historian Kay Butterfield. The Class of 1969 celebrated its 50th Anniversary with a luncheon in the Upper School Commons. The Alumni Association Board was on campus for their spring meeting and met with the Athletic Task Force along with Malone Society members. The Board and Malone Society members enjoyed their own lunchtime gathering.

A "Kentucky Derby Pre-Game Party" brought together alumni from the Classes of 1984 - 2010 prior to the all-School Maroon & White Party, which ultimately raised $120,000 for faculty professional development through ticket sales, sponsorships, raffles, auction items, and donations.

On Sunday, a Cinco de Mayo-themed farewell brunch closed the weekend with one last gathering.

Alumni are warmly welcomed back to campus throughout the school year, and those interested in volunteering can contact Director of Alumni Relations John Blake at or visit the School's Getting Involved webpage.
