Teaching Excellence is attracting, retaining, and developing the very best teachers and providing them with the resources they need to excel and innovate.

Why are gifts from alumni, parents, and friends essential to Teaching Excellence?
Nearly 80% of the School's operating budget directly supports people. And though tuition supports much of our operating expenses, it alone does not address all of our programs. Private philanthropy is essential to ensuring we have the resources to attract the brightest new educators and providing our outstanding faculty to with opportunities to grow in their fields.
