Meet the Advancement Team

Pam Winthrop, Chief Advancement Officer

Pamela E. Winthrop is a seasoned fundraiser with more than 25 years of experience working in independent schools in the United States and Denmark. Pam’s expertise ranges from capital campaign strategy and management, major gifts, annual giving, alumni relations, and fundraising events. She thrives on a steady diet of capital campaigns and building a culture of philanthropy where it hasn’t existed previously.

Anni Quinn, Director of Alumni and family engagement

Anni Quinn ’12 joined the Advancement Office in July 2023 as the new Director of Alumni and Family Engagement. As a fourth-generation alumna, member of the School’s Development Committee, former intern in the Advancement Office, Alumni Class Ambassador, and a highly committed and enthusiastic alumna, Anni brings a deep connection to and love for the St. Anne’s-Belfield.

Carrie boyd, Assistant director of advancement services

Carrie Boyd joined the School’s Development team in 2019 following eight years of previous experience in post-secondary education including in admissions, residential life, and development. Carrie received both bachelor's and master's degrees from Mary Baldwin, and recently received a higher education assessment specialist graduate certificate from James Madison University.

Jennifer Helton joined the Advancement Office in 2021 and is excited to be a part of a nurturing school community that fosters curiosity and creativity and includes a spirit of service. Jennifer has been instrumental in planning alumni weekends, and annual giving events. We are excited to have Jennifer's expertise on the team!

Lindsey Paynter, Director of Annual Giving

Lindsey Paynter joins the Advancement team with extensive experience and a proven track record in developing multi-year annual giving strategies at the University of Virginia, Lindsey's expertise has been instrumental in expanding teams and increasing alumni participation. Her dedication to excellence and innovation, commitment to education, and passion for building meaningful relationships make her a perfect fit for the Saints. We are confident that Lindsey's leadership will contribute significantly to the success of our annual giving efforts and positively impact our students and community.

Elizabeth Holt, Special Events and Stewardship Manager

We are thrilled to have Elizabeth's expertise in cultivating strategic partnerships and curating events for technology startups on our Advancement team. "My family and I were thrilled to join the St. Anne's community!" Says Elizabeth "I appreciate the student's genuine enthusiasm for learning and the value they place on their community.
