Application Process

• Open the Welcome Email to set up your password and complete all required information for your child(ren)’s application(s).
  • If you did not complete this step to begin the process as noted above, please click here.

• Once you have set up your Applicant Portal password, you will have access to the Parent/Guardian Questionnaire for your child(ren)’s application(s).
• Please complete this form and submit.

• This required form is for your child(ren), the candidate(s), to complete.
• It must be submitted by the application deadline. (Round 1: January 27th, 2022 and Round 2: March 15th, 2022)

• In compliance with COVID-19 mitigation protocols, we are conducting virtual parent/guardian conversations.
• Once your Family Information and Parent/Guardian Questionnaire of the online application(s) have been submitted, the Admission Officer who manages your child(ren)’s division(s) will email you to arrange your Parent/Guardian Interview.

• The Admission Team will contact you to arrange an opportunity for us to get to know your child better as part of the application consideration process.
  • This appointment will take place after you have submitted the Family Information and Parent/Guardian Questionnaire forms.

• We require a transcript from your child(ren)’s current (school)s.
• Please submit our Transcript Release Form to their main office after November 1st, 2021.

• We require a recommendation from your child(ren)’s English or History teacher.
• This form can be accessed directly by you in your child(ren)’s Applicant Portal and should be submitted after November 1st, 2021.

• We require a recommendation from your child(ren)’s Math or Science teacher.
• This form can be accessed directly by you in your child(ren)’s Applicant Portal and should be submitted after November 1st, 2021.

• We require a recommendation from a current school administrator.
• This form can be accessed directly by you in your child(ren)’s Applicant Portal and should be submitted after November 1st, 2021.

• There is no fee for day applicants.
