Grandparents' & Special Friends' Day

One of the most special days in our ECP & Lower School calendars is Grandparents' & Special Friends' Day, which will take place on Friday, April 24. This event is a wonderful time for Grandparents and Special Friends to visit and see the great work of our Lower School and ECP students. 

What is Grandparents' and Special Friends' Day?

A day where Grandparents and Special friends will be invited to visit classroom spaces, visit with their student(s) and experience a special day with their student(s). A schedule of events will be provided on the day.

Who can attend? 

Guests can be a grandparent, relative, family friend or just someone special in your child(ren)'s life.

If your student(s) does not have a grandparent or special friend that can attend, please contact Lower School Divisional Assistant Shannon Lauritzen at slauritzen@stab.org and the School will provide a special friend (a staff or faculty member to visit with your child(ren)).

Who RSVPs? Parents/Guardians RSVP for their students' guests. Guests receive event info via email if an email was provided during the registration process. 

  • Guest Registration opens: March 11
  • Guest Registration closes: April 10, at 10 a.m.
     

What is the schedule for the day?

If you provided an email address for your students' guests, a schedule will be emailed to them. Paper programs will also be provided on the day of the event. You may also access it through your Veracross Portal.
