Fall Family Picnic

Hosted by and in support of the Athletics Boosters as their largest event of the year, the  picnic will include upright corn hole, sac races, lassoing steer heads, bull riding, moon bounce, new obstacle course, face painting, home athletic events, Bake Walk, and raffles!

Prior to the picnic, all students are invited to an all-School pep rally at the Learning Village (799 Faculconer Drive). It will take place from 3:00 - 3:25 p.m. in the Conway Convocation Center prior to Fall Family Picnic, which will begin at 4:30 p.m. Grades K - 4 students need to be accompanied by a parent to attend the pep rally.

The picnic will begin at 4:30 p.m. in the Chandler Courtyard at the Learning Village. Red Hub Food Co. will serve tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas, rice, beans, and dessert, with vegetarian options from 4:30 - 6:45 p.m. With each meal ticket, you will be able to enjoy 2 of our 3 main course options, all our sides, plus the toppings bar.

Wristbands will grant children access to all games and activities. Don't forget to get your raffle tickets for a chance to win exciting prizes!

Home athletic events will be taking place around campus starting at 4:00 p.m, culminating with the Boys' Varsity Football game at 7:00 p.m., where concessions will also be available. Go Saints!

You can skip the line and get your meal tickets, wristbands, and raffle tickets prior to the event! Pick up for all purchased items will be on Oct. 16 & 17 from 3:30 - 6:00 p.m. in the Conway Convocation Center Atrium at the Learning Village.
