Artisan Show Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in the St. Anne's-Belfield School Arts Boosters 3rd Annual Spring Artisan Sale that will be held April 12.

Please fill out the form below to apply to be a vendor. All submissions will be reviewed by the Arts Boosters. Potential vendors will be notified of their status as soon as the form is reviewed and table space is obtained.

Selected vendors will receive a contract detailing the table fee of $50 and agreement to pay St. Anne's-Belfield School Arts Boosters 15% of total sales.

The Artisan Sale benefits the Arts Boosters, an organization dedicated to enriching the arts culture within all the School's divisions. Please email Kari Couling with questions.
