- Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer (CFO/COO)
- Human Resources Director
St. Anne’s-Belfield School seeks an innovative, experienced, and highly engaged (CFO/COO) to serve as lead business strategist to Autumn Graves, the newly appointed Head of School. A critical member of the senior leadership team, the CFO/COO works closely with the Head of School to oversee the Business Office, Human Resources, Buildings and Grounds, Food Service, Security, and Maintenance. The CFO/COO serves on the Board of Trustees’ Financial Resources Committee and works closely with the Board’s Treasurer.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the HR Director acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates human resources-related needs. Overall, the position formulates partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the strategic objectives of the organization.
The Director of Human Resources originates and leads human resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
