Commencement Ceremony
- The Commencement ceremony will begin at 9 a.m. on Friday, June 3
- Location: Girls' Turf Field at the Belfield Campus, 799 Faulconer Dr.

- A rain plan will be communicated by Thursday, June 2 if necessary.
Parking & Seating
Accessibility Needs
- Handicapped parking will be noted on the above parking map. Shuttles will run on a continuous loop between parking areas and the guest entrance.
- Please be in contact with the Upper School office at (434) 296-5106 if you will require other accommodations.

- 1:00 p.m. - Class Day Ceremony in Grisham Hall (seniors and families of seniors)

4:00 p.m. - Commencement Rehearsal (seniors only) will take place in the Conway Convocation Center

5:30 p.m. - Senior Banquet (seniors only) will take place under the tent at the Conway Convocation Center
Thursday, June 2, 2022

3:30 p.m. - Senior Chapel (seniors, their families & friends) will be celebrated on the Greenway Rise Campus in Grisham Hall

Seniors, families, and friends are invited to a reception following senior chapel. Tea, lemonade, and hors d’oeuvres will be served inside the Lee-DuVal dining hall and outdoors on the patio immediately following the ceremony.

8:00 p.m. - The Candle Ceremony (students only) will take place on the Greenway Rise Campus in Randolph Hall Auditorium
Friday, June 3, 2022
- 7:45 a.m. - Senior Assembly (seniors only) all seniors must be in Brennan Hall no later than 7:45 a.m. on Commencement Day
- 9:00 a.m. - The Commencement Ceremony (seniors, family & friends; livestream for those not present) will take place on the Girls’ Turf Field on the Belfield Campus

COVID-19 Policy & Guidelines
- Students, faculty, and staff may choose whether or not to wear a mask at school indoors, outdoors, or on school transportation.
- Please stay home when sick. If you are experiencing any symptoms of cold, flu, or COVID-19, please stay home and watch the livestream.
- Hand sanitizing stations will be available on the Girls' Turf during the Commencement Ceremony.
Where/when is Commencement rehearsal?
- Commencement Rehearsal (Seniors Only) will take place at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1, in the Conway Convocation Center. Only seniors attend this event.
When should I arrive?
- All seniors must be in Brennan Hall no later than 7:45 a.m. on Friday, June 3.
- Commencement bouquets, boutonnieres, and St. Anne’s-Belfield School ties will be distributed at this time.
What do I wear?
Dress Code options are either:
- White shirt, navy blazer, charcoal gray pants, belt and neutral shoes.
- All-white garment with a neutral shoe.
- We encourage students to avoid strapless garments or garments shorter than knee length.
- We encourage students to bring sunglasses.
- We encourage students to avoid shoes with heels.
- Students may wear white tennis shoes as an option!
- To complete their attire, students receive either their Commencement bouquets or their St. Anne’s-Belfield School ties and boutonnieres. (Distributed at Commencement)

- Parking for Seniors is behind the CCC and Tarring Gym.

- Each family will receive six (6) seats for guests.
- There will also be an overflow section.

Can I take my own photographs?
- The School provides a professional photographer who will take the class picture and pictures during the ceremony, including a photo of each student with their diploma.
- The School also provides a videographer to record the ceremony.
- We ask that families refrain from engaging professional photographers for Commencement. Each senior will receive a Commencement Class Photo, individual photos will be available for purchase from KMS.
- To find the photographs online, taken during the Commencement Ceremony, go to www.kmsphotography.com. Click on the "View ... Online Events" button.
