Fall Physical Activity Information

Please be sure that your athletic physical has been uploaded and approved in Magnus. If you have any questions, please reach out directly to our Head Athletic Trainer, Jess Matula or Assistant Athletic Trainer, Maddie Collins at athletictrainers@stab.org.

Monday, August 10th 7:00-10:00am & 3:00-6:00pm (9th - 12th Grade)

Monday, August 17th & Tuesday, August 18th (JV & Varsity 9th - 12th Grade; all practices on the Belfield Campus)

Please Note: Girls' JV and Varsity Tennis Tryouts begin on August 17th at 3:30pm. Attendance is required to be considered for the team.

Non School Sponsored Physical Activity (NSSPA). Allowed ONE PER SCHOOL YEAR.  Form can be found on the athletic website and Magnus. Form must be uploaded to your Magnus Health Portal by August 28th.

All MS Students interested in trying out for a JV or Varsity team will do so during their middle school practice times on the 1st day of school.

Non School Sponsored Physical Activity (NSSPA) Form can be found HERE or on Magnus.  The form must be uploaded onto Magnus by August 28th.

Athletic Physicals

• Athletics physicals are REQUIRED for all student-athletes participating in any physical activity on campus, including yoga, fitness, running club, and bike club.
• All forms must be uploaded to Magnus Health (forms will not be accepted on paper or by fax to the school)

Athletic physicals are valid for 14 months from the date of exam. The school physical form MUST be completed and submitted before a student may begin an activity.

• Non-St. Anne's-Belfield School physical forms are not acceptable.
• The signature MUST include the medical office's stamp.

Although we strongly encourage you to get your physical from your primary care physician, if you are unable here is a local option offering sports physicals.

2026-27 Non-school sponsored Physical Activity Form 

This form must be filled out by the student, signed by the instructor overseeing the physical activity, and uploaded onto your Magnus Health Portal by: Fall Season due by Aug 28; Winter Season due by Nov 13; Spring Season due by March 5. You are only allowed to receive ONE credit per school year for an NSSPA. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mary Blake at mblake@stab.org.
