Once you have set up your Applicant Portal password, you will have access to the Parent/Guardian Questionnaire for your child’s application.

It is our goal to easily meet with all parents/guardians in each applicant’s household. Interviews may be in-person or on Zoom.

The link to schedule your parent/guardian interview will be available in October.

This interview will take place after you have submitted the Family Information, Parent/Guardian Questionnaire, and Candidate Questionnaire forms.

Interviews can be in-person, which is preferred, or on Zoom.

Candidates must take the assessment on our campus beginning in December 2024. More details can be found in the applicant portal.

Candidates who live outside of the Charlottesville area or outside of the United States should take the ISEE at the direction of the Admission Officer. 

We require a recommendation from your child’s English or History teacher. 
You can access this form in your child’s Applicant Portal and should be submitted after Nov. 1.

• Enter the teacher’s name and email address in the Teacher Recommendation section.
• A recommendation form will be sent directly to the teacher for submission. 

We require a recommendation from your child’s Math or Science teacher.
