Once you have set up your Applicant Portal password, you will have access to the Parent/Guardian Questionnaire for your child’s application.

We look forward to meeting with you to learn more about your child!

It is our goal to easily meet with all parents/guardians in each applicant’s household. Interviews may be in-person or on Zoom. A member of our Admission team will contact you to set up this meeting. 

These appointments will begin in November and will take place after you have submitted the Family Information and Parent/Guardian Questionnaire forms.

This appointment will take place after you have submitted the Family Information, Parent/Guardian Questionnaire, and Candidate Questionnaire forms.

Appointments can be in-person, which is preferred, or on Zoom.

We require a recommendation from your child’s current teacher. 
You can access this form in your child’s Applicant Portal and should be submitted after Nov. 1. 
 

Two Easy Steps:

• Enter the teacher’s name and email address in the Teacher Recommendation section.
• A recommendation form will be sent directly to the teacher for submission.
