Environmental Studies & Research

The Environmental Studies & Research Senior Seminar is centered on an ongoing five-year research project that has been contracted with the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries. Students in this class are continuing to study the federally endangered James River spinymussel, which was discovered in a local watershed by previous students in this class. Research includes gathering and analyzing data for this and multiple other projects.
