After School Enrichment Program

Come join us in ASEP, where something fun and exciting ALWAYS happens after school!

Parents with busy daily and work schedules find that St. Anne's-Belfield School's After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) is a great place for their children. ASEP has a terrific team of experienced teachers who are enthusiastic about meeting your children, and we cannot wait for everyone to come join the fun. Kindergarten through eighth grade students who attend ASEP always have an engaging and exciting afternoon!

In addition to age-appropriate activities, themed enrichment units are offered throughout the year that combine engaging learning opportunities with interactive arts and crafts, creative activities, and social time. Supervised homework time is also offered at ASEP every afternoon. It's a great opportunity for children to get started on, or even complete, homework with support from our ASEP staff. This time is optional, but it's strongly encouraged.

There’s never a dull moment at ASEP, so stop by soon and see what’s new!

ASEP Fees & Billing

Parents have the option to pay for ASEP in one of three ways. A contract may be purchased at the beginning of the school year, "punch cards" may be purchased for 20 visits, or a daily drop in rate can be purchased.

Punch cards are available for parents to purchase at the ASEP Office, located at the Belfield Campus next to the Tarring Gym. Please see the ASEP director to purchase a punch card. Punch Card prices are listed below. Purchases may be made by check, money order or credit card. Checks should be made out to St. Anne's-Belfield School.

2017 - 2018 Visit Fees
1-Day Visit Fee: $22.00
20 Visits Punch Card: $370
School-year Contract: $2,890 per child

Past Due Bills

ASEP offers only pre-paid after school care and does not bill for its services. Any child with a past-due bill with ASEP due to an unpaid daily visit or a fully depleted punch card is not eligible to attend ASEP. In such a situation, a child’s parents will be contacted by phone from the ASEP office so the child can be picked up immediately. If a child is not picked up in a timely fashion after parents have been contacted, parents may be charged an additional ASEP fee of $22.00.
