The Athletics Department is dedicated to supporting students and encouraging them to stay active and healthy, and continue to learn the lessons of commitment, teamwork, communication, accountability, and persistence that come from playing sports. Due to the cancellation of spring sports because of COVID-19, students will compete as teams in the spring #STABGauntlet2Greatness five-week fitness challenge, with each team member earning points for consistently staying active.
Grades 7 & 8 teams will compete against their peer teams, while JV and varsity teams will compete against each other. Students can complete workouts as many times as they would like to improve their scores, and submit their highest score for the week. Bonus points can be accumulated if coaches complete the challenges, if everyone on the team participates, and/or if students share their workouts with others on social media. Workout photos and videos are required along with score submissions.
