A Message from the Head of Lower School (PS-4)

Welcome to St. Anne's-Belfield Lower School. We are a happy school where girls and boys satisfy their natural curiosity in a safe, caring environment and where each individual is truly valued.

We provide a traditional, well-structured education that aims to instill a love of learning in a friendly, welcoming and attractive environment. High expectations and good character underpin all that is undertaken in the classroom, the auditorium, the gymnasium or on the playground. Praise, encouragement and firm, but sensitive, guidance instill family values and a sense of purpose and worth. Forward-looking in our approach, we are committed to preparing young people for an ever-changing world.

A dedicated, well-qualified teaching staff provides a first class academic education. They give the necessary encouragement and individual attention to develop strong skills and inspire self-confidence, in an atmosphere that is both challenging and fun. We are proud that many of our past students, parents and teachers still wish to keep in contact with the Lower School and its faculty.
