Chapel

Our weekly chapel services date back to the founding of the school in 1910.

They celebrate the Judeo-Christian values and beliefs that undergird all our Western traditions. The order of service reflects the history of the school’s founding by the Episcopal Church. The school is no longer affiliated with the church, yet chapel remains a time in the life of this school for communal worship and quiet reflection. Although we do not require specific religious beliefs, we ask students, faculty, and guests to respect the sanctity of our service. In the midst of the business of school day, our ecumenical chapel services give us a place to listen for the sacred spirit among us.
