Learning at St. Anne’s-Belfield School is not confined to the four walls of a classroom, nor the hours of a traditional school day. Instead, our students benefit from a variety of co-curricular opportunities including activities, programs, and other experiences which complement the topics covered in our curricula. In addition to our arts and athletics options, in each division we offer signature opportunities for our students to increase and enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities outside of typical courses.
In the Upper School our grant-winning Lemelson-MIT InvenTeam created a CHINChILLA emergency water filter and in August 2017 will begin tackling a new problem to solve, while our Renaissance Reading program brings together students and faculty interested in discussing works of literature with no curricular requirements.
The purposeful use of our Upper School daily schedule and after school hours on both campuses allows St. Anne’s-Belfield School students to take advantage of a broad range of co-curricular opportunities through which they are encouraged to become active, engaged members of the School community.
