Meet Our Staff
Gib Staunton is the Director of Admission for Pre-School through Grade Four. She has a B.S. in elementary education from the University of Virginia. She taught at Shady Hill School, Chestnut Hill School, and Nashoba Brooks School in the Boston area for ten years before returning to Charlottesville. Gib serves as a board member at her alma mater, St. Catherine’s School in Richmond. Additionally, she serves on the Curry School of Education's Foundation Board at the University of Virginia, where she also serves as an interviewer for the Jefferson Scholars program. Gib is the proud parent of four children, two of whom are graduates of the school, and one who is currently enrolled.
Vito "Bo" Perriello, 1989 graduate of St. Anne's-Belfield, serves as Director of Admission for grades 5-12. He also serves as our Head Coach for boys' varsity lacrosse as well as teaching chemistry. Prior to joining the admission team he served as our Director of Alumni Affairs. Bo received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and his Master’s degree from Columbia University. After teaching and coaching for two years at St. John's Preparatory School outside of Boston, Bo spent the next five years at Delbarton School in Morristown, New Jersey. He and his wife, Maureen, have four children, all of whom are enrolled at the school.
Kai'li Millner
Kai'li Millner is the Assistant Director of Admissions for grades 5-12. She has a B.A. in Art History from the University of Virginia. While at UVA, she was also a coxswain on the school's championship rowing team. Prior to working at St. Anne's-Belfield School, Kai'li was the Senior Marketing Director at Scarpa. She and her husband Tom are avid hikers.
Rachel Yeager
Rachel Yeager serves as the Admission Office Manager. Prior to joining the St. Anne's-Belfield Admissions Team, Rachel was the Children's Miracle Network Program Coordinator for UVA Children's Hospital. She is a 2009 graduate of Roanoke College, a certified Pilates Instructor, and is currently pursuing her M.A.T. in Elementary Education through Mary Baldwin College.
