Opportunities to Give

Whether it be an gift to the Annual Fund, a contribution to a capital project or endowed fund, or a gift from your estate, there are many ways you can make a meaningful and lasting impact on St. Anne's-Belfield.

Annual Giving

Currently, St. Anne’s-Belfield School raises over one million dollars each year for Annual Giving. The mainstay of the St. Anne’s-Belfield School fundraising program, annual contributions are raised and spent during the current fiscal year to offset operating costs. Annual Giving helps bridge the gap between the cost to operate the school and revenue generated through tuition, and by doing so, supports the excellent quality of a St. Anne’s-Belfield School education.

Capital and Endowed Giving

Capital gifts to St. Anne’s-Belfield School support new construction, facilities, and major renovations. The school's endowment supports student scholarship and faculty endowments, and bold programmatic initiatives. Such projects improve the campus environment and permit St. Anne’s-Belfield School to continue to offer programs that meet the changing needs of our students and faculty. Capital and Endowed gifts may also lead to recognition opportunities that honor or memorialize a person of the donor’s choosing. St. Anne's-Belfield has both a variety of existing endowed funds that have been established over the years and a number of new endowed fund naming opportunities that you may wish to explore.

From 2006-2010, St. Anne’s-Belfield School was engaged in its first ever comprehensive campaign during which the school raised an astounding $44 million. The Campaign for Our Next Century funded construction of a Learning Village to serve students from kindergarten through eighth grade, a new Pre-School facility, bolstered the school's endowment, and created a new Center for Arts & Sciences for the Upper School. Estate Planning

Planned Giving provides an opportunity for alumni and friends to support St. Anne’s-Belfield School while meeting personal financial needs as well, through deferred gifts such as bequests, trusts, charitable gift annuities, insurance policies, and more. Most planned gifts produce tax savings for the donor while being extremely beneficial to St. Anne's-Belfield School. Funds generated from these gifts, large and small, help shape the school's academic programs, support outstanding teachers, and enable talented and motivated students to attend the school.

Gifts in Memory or In Honor

Gifts may be made in memory or in honor of an individual on the occasion of a birthday, anniversary, graduation, or significant life event. The family members of those being remembered or the individual so honored receives notification of the gift identifying the donor without specifying the amount of the gift.
