Dear Friends,

As I shared in April at our annual town hall meeting between the parents and the Board of Trustees (click here to watch the meeting), the School completed a Master Plan for the Greenway Rise Campus in February.  The Master Plan addresses a number of the goals in our Strategic Plan and confirms the most pressing facilities needs on our Upper School campus.  In short, the Plan detailed a vision for an expanded Dining Hall with a renovated kitchen, an expanded and updated Student Commons, a new traffic pattern to include the creation of a pedestrian Promenade in the center of the campus, and a complete remodeling of Randolph Hall with either a new or renovated auditorium. 

Soon after we received this Master Plan, the Board of Trustees and I started discussions about how to implement it with deliberate speed.  Early and enthusiastic support for this vision is allowing us to break ground immediately on Phase I of this project. Therefore, in the coming days you will begin to see construction on the Greenway Rise campus.
