1. Application/Family Information
Once you complete the demographic information online, you will receive an email containing a unique username and password which will allow you to access the Applicant Portal to complete the rest of the application.
2. Parent Visit
We recommend a parent visit between September and February, which will include a personal tour of the school. You may also wish to attend one of our Fall Open House events. Please call or email the Admission Office at 434-296-5106 or firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your visit.
3. Applicant Visit and Admission Testing
Pre-School applicants will be invited to visit in a small group setting in late January and early February.
Kindergarten applicants will visit in a small group setting in January and early February. During their visit, the students will also be assessed. Individual visit days can also be arranged as needed.
Grades 1 - 4 applicants will visit for a day of classes in their current grade with a student host in January or early February. During their visit, the students will also be assessed.
Grades 5 - 8 applicants will visit for a day of classes in their current grade with a host student. We require standardized testing for all applicants. If the student has participated in a recent ERB, IOWA, or MAP test, this fulfills the testing requirement. Otherwise, we are able to provide low-stress in-house testing to assess the applicant.
Grades 9 - 12 day applicants will visit for a day of classes in their current grade with a host student. We require standardized testing for all applicants. We offer the SSAT test on our campus for your convenience on December 10, 2016, January 7, 2017, and February 11, 2017. Our school code is 6310.

We require a copy of your child’s current transcript/school records to be submitted after January 1, 2017.
