  • Network Manager
    St. Anne’s-Belfield School is looking for a full-time Network Manager. Qualified candidates must have experience with Windows OS and Windows Server Administration, including a solid knowledge of network infrastructure. Responsibilities include maintaining servers, managing network resources, developing a multitude of databases, and supporting colleagues in the admissions, development, communications, and business offices in addition to the teaching faculty. Some hardware maintenance and repair would also be expected. Experience with Mac OS a plus. Candidate should possess excellent verbal & written communication skills as well the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Payroll & Benefits Coordinator
    St. Anne’s-Belfield School seeks a detail oriented, highly organized individual to join our Business Office team. The Payroll/Benefits Coordinator is responsible for all payroll activities, including compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and for filing local, state, federal payroll tax returns, and communicating company benefit programs to new and current employees. The school is particularly interested in individuals who have a proven background in payroll and benefit plans. Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent, plus 2-4 years progressive payroll experience. The individual must have demonstrated ability to prepare and process automated payrolls. Previous experience with Blackbaud preferred.
